Summer Day - 12/12/2023

Out office is awaiting receipt of a subdivision application and payment of the associated fees.  Our office has completed the subdivision review.  We have verified that the subdivision meet State and Local onsite wastewater code and that the final Mylar may be signed by our office once the application and fees are received.  An email has been sent to the applicant with detailed information. However please call our office at 801-399-7160 for more information. Our office will hold onto the Mylar until receipt of the application and fees unless directed otherwise.

I have just submitted the revised plat for the road dedication per the conversation and discussion with Steve Burton and the Planning Director. This revision addresses Bridgers last set of comments as well as the Road Dedication, i have added a comment response sheet for this also. Let me know if there are any questions or clarifications needed.

I also have just submitted a revised plat for review, it should address all the comments we have received. Thanks for your 2nd review Bridger i should have commented that i pre-emptively revised and resubmitted the plat before receiving the comments from planning and engineering. I am still revising for those comments and hope time allows me to have a revised plat by friday or monday for resubmission. I hope this doesnt effect our 3rd submission.
