Invoice created, once fee is paid we accept application for review.

Lilac Estates proposed landscape changes.

1-Instead of grass and trees on the north side retention pond, the pond will be lined with weed guard and 3-5 inch rock

2-Planters in between each townhome unit will be lined with weed guard and 3/4" rock, no water will be plumbed to the planter.  Tenants may place potted plants in the rocked area and water by hand.

3-Grass/Play area on the north side of unit 18 will include: 50x50 concrete pad with a single basketball hoop, 20x24 cement pad with covered pavilion and a 40x40 tot spot play area

4-Not shown on updated landscape plan but the park strip will be lined with weed barrier and have 2- gray rock

Jennifer Cochran - 3/21/2023

Lilac Estates Subdivision would like to apply for a CUP Amendment to the common area landscaping.  We are proposing these landscape changes in effort to conserve water.
