This application has been rejected for the following reasons. 

1. There are multiple land owners and all land owners must sign the application for this project before the application can be accepted.

2. The conditional use permit for the PRUD (CUP 2017-02) has expired, and this type of development as proposed is not allowed by the current zoning.
