This proposal will be placed on the February 15th, 2023 Administrative Review Meeting instead of the Western Weber Planning meeting on the 21st. The administrative review will begin at 4:00 pm in the Public Works Conference Room, suite 240, 2380 Washington Boulevard.
The Surveyor's Office has uploaded an updated address review.
Final subdivision approval is tentatively scheduled for February 21st, 2023. All County review agencies, please post your final review comments.
We have not receive any review comments from engineering on the construction plans. Can you let me know when the status of the review.
Final approval letters from Hooper Irrigation and Taylor West Weber Water District are uploaded. This proposal is tentatively scheduled for final approval from the Planning Commission on October 18th, 2022.
A special note to the Developer. Make sure to place a signature line on the plat for Taylor West Weber Water District.
Please see the sewer district boundary map uploaded under "Sewer will-serve Letters". This would indicate that the annexation of Cameron Pointe Subdivision is complete.
ONCE THE FINAL PLAT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, THE SURVEYORS OFFICE WILL BEGIN THE REVIEW PROCESS.
Invoice created for $2200, once the fee is paid the application can be accepted for review.
