The request to vacate the PUE was unanimously approved on November 30th, 2021. The vacating ordinance was approved unanimously on December 14, 2021. See the uploaded ordinance number 2021-29.
Please see the latest final plat uploaded.
A request to vacate the 10' PUE on the north side of lot 2 will be heard in a public hearing on November 30th, 2021 in the County Commission Chambers at 10:00 AM.
Notice to all review agencies: The 10' public utility easement that runs along the shared property line of lots one and two will need to be vacated and relocated to align with the new shared boundary line. Rocky Mountain Power and Dominion Energy, please submit a written review confirming your acceptance or refusal to vacate the PUE.
