I have reviewed the information provided with this application for an Agricultural Exempt structure. The applicant has completed and signed the Agricultural Exemption form provided by Weber County and has certified that the building will be used solely in conjunction with agricultural use and will not be used for human occupancy. Provided that the use of the structure meets all of the requirements of the Utah State Construction Code and the Weber County Land Use Code for an Agricultural Exempt structure, No Building Permit will be required. The applicant has stated that there will be no electrical, plumbing or mechanical improvements to the structure. Should any of these improvements be desired, further permitting is required. Should there be any change of use that is not an agricultural related use further permitting would also be required.
