Previously Mountain Views Land and Livestock Subdivision
Application is still missing feasibility for either sewer or septic. This will be required prior to scheduling for preliminary approval with the planning commission. Next planning commission meeting date is Tuesday, June 15th.
When a final plat is uploaded. The Surveyor's will begin our review process for this subdivision. The surveyor's office got the notice for this subdivision 5/12/2021, frontier is shows the documents were uploaded 4/12/2021.
