I have added a revised diagram for the easement description, and noted that whatever structure we have where the old easement existed will be 20 feet from the Lot 14/13 property line, which we are in the process of having redrawn. Before finalizing the boundary reset, we need to have the current easement vacated. The diagram also shows how the sewer line needing the easement has been moved, and that we will record a new easement over the line. Our surveyor is ready to complete that once we have the old easement vacated.
At this time, there is no need for a review from the Surveyor's. If anything changes please notify the Surveyor's office.
The Weber County Planning Office has received a request to vacate a 10 foot public utility easement located along the north side property line of lot 14, Snowflake Subdivision Phase 3.The Weber County Commissioners will consider this request at a public hearing during the Commission meeting at 10 AM on April 27, 2021. The meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center located at 2380 Washington BLVD, Ogden UT. Meeting date and time is subject to change.
