The developer and owner have decided to redesign the proposal that would include neighboring vacant land. The new plan is expected in mid to late summer of 2022.
The Surveyor's Office was just notified about this project on 12/7/2021.
Invoice created, once the fee is paid the application can be accepted for review
please submit a title report dated within 30 days of the submittal of the application
