This proposal was presented before the Ogden Valley Planning Commission on 7-27-2021. In that meeting, the planning commission approved the request for a conditional use permit to operate a short-term rental. A business license must be obtained before the CUP may be issued. In order for the permit to remain valid, the owner must renew the business license each year. Apply for a business license at: https://www3.co.weber.ut.us/new/forms/business/app.php

I spoke with Wendy about the current STR ordinance proposal. She would like to wait to submit this application until the Commission has made a decision on the STR ordinance.
