Notified rep for the applicant of the outstanding items needed to schedule for administrative approval. Applicant has indicated application is in process to be submitted with the State.
Payment has not yet been received. 30-day requirement for the title report has been waived, however, depending on the timeline for this project, a more current title report may be required prior to final approval/recording of this proposed subdivision.
