The applicant has submitted a proposed amendment to the master signage plan that was originally approved under CUP 2012-12. This plan removes one sign and adds two signs overall. Staff will be reviewing this plan for compliance with the signage requirements in the zone and will be reviewing and potentially approving these proposed changes as a de minimis amendment to the original CUP.
