The final plat mylar was recorded 1/22/2021. Various agreements and notices were recorded simultaneously. These recorded agreements and notices have been uploaded to the Documents tab.
This project received final plat approval during the 12/9 Admin Review Meeting. A formal Notice of Decision has been uploaded to the Documents tab. All agencies please verify that all conditions have been satisfied to allow the applicant to print the plat to mylar.
The staff report and 12/9 Administrative Review Meeting agenda have been uploaded to the Document's tab.
This project is tentatively scheduled for Admin approval on the December 9th agenda.
Following initial reviews, the applicant has submitted an updated final plat for re-review. All agencies please review this revised plat for compliance with any remaining comments or conditions. The updated plat is under the file name "02N216 - STOKER AMENDED MORE ROW.pdf".
The applicant is coordinating with Bona Vista water and Plain City Irrigation to provide a secondary water will-serve letter that will satisfy the Bona Vista water requirements. This will-serve letter will be uploaded once provided by the applicant.
