Per Western Weber County Planning Department Notice Of Decision, Survey Department is holding off review until an updated plat is submitted
that shows the pathway easement connecting to future pathway in Phase 3.
The updated PR was sent in on Wednesday. I also just put it on Frontier.
The final plat that was submitted on 2/10/2021 needs to have an updated title report before another review can be done.
The final plat that was submitted on 1/15/2021 there were several redlines that were not changed.
Before another survey review will be done original redlines from Survey Second Final review submitted on 10/20/2021 will need to be addressed.
Application submitted and accepted 7/30/2020, however, status in Frontier changed to 'accepted' on 1/15/2021, to assist with searches in Frontier.
