This subdivision was approved by the County Commission and recorded on November 19, 2013.
Jack Haight - 10/22/2013
This office has completed its 2nd review. Released for Mylar's pending the minor corrections needed by this office and any concerns from the other review agencies. A deed from Corey Combe to Kathryn J. Oliver deeding all of Lot 6, Combe South Estates No. 2 will need to be recorded along with the dedication plat.

Corey Combe came in today and asked why I haven't approved this project yet. I let him know that nothing has been submitted for my review since the last time I spoke to him.

This office has completed its 1st review of this subdivision. Noted on the plat is comments addressed to planning/engineering in regards to a possible encroachment of the pool decking into the P.U.E. on Combe Road also needed is a review of setbacks for Lot 9 also on Combe Road. A redlined PDF has been emailed to Chris @ Reeves.

QGC will require a main extension to serve lot 4&5 and will require a service line relocation for 2181 E (Guest House) These will be done per QGC tariff and regulations.

Elementary are not eligibile for bussing. Bonneville High stop is at 2025 Eastwood and So Ogden Jr is at 2125 Eastwood.
