The plat has been signed by the Health Dept. The only things remaining is for the owner to sign the required agreements and plat prior to recording.

The plat was signed by the Planning Commission chair tonight. The plat still needs to be signed by the Health Dept.

Doug from Landmark Surveying brought in a preliminary plan and SWPPP sheet. He said that he will get me a digital version that we could upload to Miradi.

The plat is on my desk, but I have never received any comments to my review from May 7, 2012. It appears that Jack has seen several different versions of the plat, but only the original one was upload to Miradi for people to review.

A letter of feasibility for this property was issued on March 28, 2012 by Summer Day of this office. The purposed subdivision plat will need to receive final approval by this office.

RMP has an existing three phase line on the north side of 200 South. Will need 10' PUE around lot. RMp's standard PUE language must be included on plat map.

A letter of feasibility has been issued for the utilization of an Alternative Packed Bed media wastewater treatment system. Culinary water will be provide by means of a private well, the private well has not been approved at this time.
