Today I issued the escrow release letter. It will go to County Commission next Tuesday, February 7, for approval and the check should be cut Friday, February 10, and mail to Adam & Raylyn Nelson.

Raylyn called and said the culvert has been installed and wanted to know how to get her escrow released. I looked at the pipe and it looks good to me so I don't have a problem releasing the escrow as long as the irrigation company has approved the pipe installation as well.

All parties have signed the agreement. I gave it Justin to get through the attorney's office and County Commission.

Raylyn Nelson came in yesterday and paid for the escrow and signed the subdivision development agreement. She will be sending in her in-laws to sign the agreement as well. The escrow certificate, agreement, exhibits B & C are on my desk waiting for the remaining signatures.

I received the Mylar, signed by the Surveying Office, and took it to the Weber-Morgan Health Department for their signature while we wait for the improvements to be installed.

Received a PDF this morning taking care of the 2 minor correction needed on the plat from this office. All concerns and corrections have been met and accepted by this office. This office releases and okays for the printing of the Mylars....10/28/11

I sent an email to the owners addressing the issue of the drain/irrigation ditch in front of the property. I asked them to install a minimum 12" pipe under their driveway and confirm with the irrigation company that the size would be adequate to handle the irrigation water as well as the storm drain water.

Rocky Mountain Power does have facilities along 2975 West that are available to serve property. Some work may be necessary to get facilities to new property lines.
