This is a conditional use for two buildings in Wolf Creek. The buildings are existing and are connected to Wolf Creek Water and Sewer. One Building is being used by Club Rec, for light retail, reservations for boats/sleds rental equipment which are kept off site, possible future bike rental. The second building is being used for office development/planning, accounting and real estate services.
