The Administrative Approval from the Planning Division has been added as a review. Please note that a Storm Water Maintenance Agreement needs to be signed by the lot owner, as shown in the Engineering review.

I spoke with Dave Woodbury who will be moving his company to this building. The addition is needed for his production. The new Business will be for PCB/ EMS Solutions which will repair and manufacture circuit boards and instrument assembly. This use is a permitted use in the M-1 zone.
