Wes with Advanced Environmental was in this morning. We went over and discussed solutions and requirements of this office on the redlines from the last review. All of the redlines are now minor along with a verification of the existing road Bearing for the centerline of 6300 E.

I talked to Les, from Advanced Environmental Engineering, and he said that he is going to put note 5 from the plat into the owners dedication on the plat. That will allow the open space and private roads to be considered as public utility and drainage easements.

It appears that they didn’t change anything in the easements that were recorded on the parcels, and that the waterline easement still doesn’t close. It appears to be off by 0.45’. Correction: They fixed a typo, which got it to close within 0.01'
