Administrative approval meeting was held on January 25 2017. This project must now be marked as approved by all County reviewing agencies prior to printing final Mylar.

Questar installed the gas line Friday and finishing up today. The furthest North point from the fence is 16.2’, so as agreed a 17’ PUE will need to be recorded along with the additional 5’ access strip.

A meeting between the owner and the utility providers took place on January 6 2017 where they came to an agreement on how a PUE width will be established. See the planning review for details.

Questar Gas has provided a letter stating that they would recommend a minimum 25 foot PUE in place of the 60 foot.

Gibson Hill Subdivision has been tabled until December 21st to be reconsidered for Administrative Approval. The applicant has requested a 15 foot PUE be placed instead of a 20 foot PUE. Planning will gather some feedback from Taylor West Weber Water Company and the owner of Paul Gibson Subdivision to determine if there are existing lines beyond 15 feet.
