I met with Brian at his office this afternoon concerning the project. Brian indicated that the only change that was taking place to the site was the addition of hoop housed located on the site where building 6 and 7 are indicated. I asked Brian to contact Ben and Rochelle directly to determine what they needed to finish the review process.

The new site plan appears to be the same as the previous one. The date still shows 2005 and the sheet lists 2 of 5. I reviewed the exhibit, which indicated the company's plans to better service Lowes. In order to complete this review, please ensure that the comments listed on the previous review are addressed on the site plan. If there are questions, please feel free to contact me direct. The Septic System is shown on the plan just South of the office. It was completed and inspected in 2005. It is shown as (Trial Beds/No Structure) over Septic Tank. We have an above ground mound system. Also, a comment was asked by the engineer concerning the date on the plan. This was an oversight and the date is this week. Please let me know what else you need? Thanks-Brian Gold

The existing Mound septic system and future replacement area must be shown on the plan. Health Department would not have issue signing off on this once these items are addressed.
