The yard setbacks that were identified on the site plan have been modified to meet the minimum side and rear yard setbacks that are allowed in the FV-3 Zone. The required minimum side yard setback is 20' and the required rear yard setbackis 10'. Please ensure these setbacks are correct prior to pouring concrete pad.
