In discussing options in correcting some property line issues with the land owner and Gardner Eng., it has been determined that this application for subdivision be terminated. Once a new master plan and rezone is implemented the applicant will propose a condominium plat for a condo/hotel.

This office has completed it 1st review of this subdivision. The Right-of-Way for Wolf Creek drive is being worked on. A portion of parcel 22-016-0085 may fall outside of the proposed boundary of this subdivision, creating a non-conforming lot. A redlined PDF file was emailed to Dan at Gardner Eng.
