The applicant has decided to change his proposal to a Cluster subdivision rather than a PRUD.
N/A - 10/28/2016
The applicant will need to apply for a conditional use permit instead of a sketch plan endorsement for a PRUD. The application is not complete enough to accept and process it as a conditional use permit. The applicant has been notified that we will need a complete CUP submittal before we can process the application for consideration by the planning commission. The application fee that has been paid can be applied toward the conditional use permit application fee.
