To Owners of Property within 500 feet of the Summit at Powder Mountain PRUD The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for an amendment to the Summit at Powder Mountain Phase 1 PRUD, amending the previous approval for Lot 76 and add the Horizon Neighborhood. The amendment to the PRUD will reduce the overall PRUD area to the Summit Eden Ridge Nests PRUD, Village Nests at Powder Mountain, Horizon Neighborhood at Powder Mountain and Spring Park at Powder Mountain Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an, open and public, Ogden Valley Township Planning Commission meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
