To Owners of Property within 500 feet of Property Located at Approximately 1537 South 8900 East Huntsville, UT The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for a 25 footÂ’ variance from the required 50 footÂ’ stream corridor setback along a natural ephemeral stream as identified in the Ogden Valley Sensitive Lands Stream Corridors map. Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an, open and public, Board of Adjustment meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at 4:30 pm.
