This is a section from an e-mail I received from John Rhees asking to hold this item. I met with the Homeowners Association last evening and found serious decent to the proposed Amendment #1, it is not in the best interest to pursue it at this time. Please remove it from your current agenda, there is simply too much neighborhood conflict regarding the matter. >> Respectfully, >> John Small subdivision have 18-months before they expire unless an time extension is requested.

If this amendment involves no new exterior lighting or illuminated monument sign, no review from Ogden Valley Starry Nights is necessary.

Waiting on Title Report prior to plat review. (I am still in need of the title report to complete this review 1-6-2015-)

A feasibility letter has been issued from the health dept. for this subdivision (see attached will serve). The final mylar must show the test pit location, and soil evaluation information for each proposed lot.
