This subdivision is on hold and will expire 18-months from the date the application was submitted

Mr. Allen called concern the subdivision and the irrigation lines and ditched on the property that needs easements

This is a section from an e-mail I received from John Rhees asking to hold this item. I met with the Homeowners Association last evening and found serious decent to the proposed Amendment #1, it is not in the best interest to pursue it at this time. Please remove it from your current agenda, there is simply too much neighborhood conflict regarding the matter. >> Respectfully, >> John Small subdivision have 18-months before they expire unless an time extension is requested.

A feasibility letter has been issued from the health dept. for this subdivision (see attached will serve). The final mylar must show the test pit location, and soil evaluation information for each proposed lot.
