On October 2, 2018, The County Commission unanimously approved the version of the plan amendment that the planning commission forwarded to them. A copy of the signed resolution can be found under the 'files' tab.
Charlie Ewert - 9/12/2018
The planning commission recommended approval of a version of this general plan amendment request in their September 11, 2018 meeting. Their recommendation will go to the county commission as soon as possible. Their recommendation was followed by a recommendation to amend the zone map likewise. See ZMA 2018-02 for the rezone file.

The Planning Commission was unable to make a decision due to there not being a quorum. This application will go before the planning commission again on July 10th 2018.

This application will go before the Western Weber Planning Commission in the County Commission Chambers (2380 Washington Blvd 1st floor) on June 12, 2018, at 5:00 pm. Consideration and action on ZMA 2018-01, a request to amend the General Plan Zoning Map, Future Land Use Map, M-1 Zone text amendment to remove single-family dwellings from the list of permitted uses, and to amend pages 2-2, 2-6, and 2-15 of the General Plan. Consideration and action on ZTA 2018-02 a request to change the zoning in areas along 900 South at 7500 West to 8300 West from M-1 to A-2, and to rezone a 15.75 acres parcel from A-3 to A-2 Zoning
