The lot will be serviced by a private well instead of Eden culinary water. A well permit was issued 03/20/2014.

I spoke today with the applicant concerning a new review from Fire that a hydrant will not be needed and a letter from Health regarding the review for a culinary well.

A revised plat has been added that resolves a concern of the intended location of the West boundary of the Nipko Estates. Prior status of mylar approval from this office has not changed
