Doug from Landmark Surveying came in today and added the note about stormwater runoff to the plat. I still need to receive written responses to my review.

I just talked to Rod Herrick today. I told him that I haven't seen a new plat since my review in October. He is going to try and track down if they submitted a new plat. I also asked him to get me some written responses to my review. He said that he would work on the written responses.

We had one of the interns go out a while ago, and they verified that the grade had been brought up to form at least an 8' shoulder.

Mike, Rod Herrick was in the office today and stated that fill material had been placed to bring up the are within the ROW. I believe also that the water line was extended here not to long ago and the fire hydrant installed. He would like an inspection on the improvements so the plat can be recorded. I gave him a copy of the Storm Water Construction Activity Permit as well.

The Fire Code only addresses driving surface. The width of the shoulder is not considered in the Fire Code requirements.

I talked to Jared Andersen about the fill on the shoulder. We would like to have 8' minimum, so that a car can pull off the side of the road and be out of the travel lane.

I talked to Rod and Joe Herrick this morning about the fill. They would like to possibly just bring the fill in along the road for only the 4' shoulder. I told him that they would need to get that answer from the new County Engineer, Jared Andersen.

Summer Day - 6/5/2012
A revised letter of feasibility was issued by this office on June 5, 2012 for the subdivision of the land serial #15-053-0032, the Larkin Place Subdivision. Onsite wastewater permits will only be issued for lots 1-2 of the newly recorded subdivision, an existing home is located on lot 3. A member of our staff will need to sign off on the office Mylar

All students are eligible for busing. Current stops are on 1150 S as bus passes going west and east. No students cross 1150 S. This applies to all grades. Stops are set at residence.
