This office has completed its 2nd review of this subdivision. I have emailed the review PDF to Clint at HAI. I was with planning and engineering this morning involving 2 separate issues associated with this subdivision. I am waiting to hear from both once a decision or conclusion of fact has been reached.
Chad Meyerhoffer - 8/31/2012
Jeff Hales brought in a updated plat, I scanned it and it was uploaded.
Jack Haight - 8/15/2012
I missed commenting (redline) on an issue involving separate descriptions on parcels because of the location of the Warren Irrigation Canal. 2 separate boundary descriptions will be required. 1 for Lots 1 & 2 and a second separate description for Lot #3. I emailed Clint Hansen @ HAI informing him of this requirement.
Jack Haight - 8/15/2012
This office completed its 1st review of this subdivision. I entered my PDF review and emailed it to Clint at HAI
Chad Meyerhoffer - 8/15/2012
Jack in the surveyors office was here in the office talking about the project. As part of the new plan that is submitted we need to see the edge of oil in relationship to the right of way. Any radius on the road should be designed for a 25mph road. There also appears to be a structure in the right of way as well. If this structure is to remain an agreement will need to be created and recorded that would address: with any future road improvements the county can require the property owner to remove the structure.
N/A - 7/11/2012
