Calls have been placed to Century Link Regarding their telephone line. The line per Mr Nilson does appears to be located on or about the property and comes into the property about 6 inches as it approaches the corner of the property. Mr. Nilson also indicates they are ready to comply with Century Links requests for a 4 inch conduit to allow for future maintenance of the telephone line.

Dominion Energy (Questar Gas) - is within road right-of-way, no need for PUE. If letter is required please contact Pauline Caraveo @ 801-324-3437
