This office has completed its final review of this subdivision. There are 2 minor issues to address and correct before Mylar's. Pending any concerns from the other review agencies, upon addressing the issues shown, this office releases for the printing of the Mylar's. One redline to this final review is to mark the plat with "Private Road" This better serves to be labeled as "Private ROW (8000 East)"

This office has complete it 4th review of this subdivision. A redlined PDF has been attached to this review. An owners dedication outline for a sensitive lands corridor easement was also attached.
