The subdivision mylar was recorded today

The mylar has come in. Try calling the applicant concerning three issues. There are three things that need to be finish. There needs to be deeds for the ownership of the lots; the annexation plats need to be recorded; and verification of the installation of the fire hydrant. The fire district has not approve the subdivision plat.

The annexation has been reviewed and approved for mylar. We will receive the mylar and deliver certified copies for the client to send to the Lieutenant Governor prior to recording. The plat has been approved after shown redlines have been updated, as well as the annexation is recorded.

The following things need to be done prior to the subdivision being recorded. The applicant can be working on these while subdivision is being reviewed by the other agencies. Requirements of the Center Weber Sewer District o Annexation into the sewer district o District impact fees Requirements of Taylor West Weber Water and their requirements for secondary water Capacity Assessment letter on the water system The Weber County Subdivision code states “Parcels that are split by a taxing district shall have the entire parcel annexed into that taxing district prior to the recording of the subdivision”.

Elementary students are not eligible for bussing. Secondary are eligible. No current stop in that area but a stop would be established upon need.
