Went to site to sign the final approval letter. There was some erosion and sediment leaving the property, so i spoke with the applicant and asked him to repair the silt fence and to stabilize the slope south of the retaining wall. I will sign the final approval letter when those things have been done.

I went and inspected the site, there was evidence of sediment running of the property. None of the control for sediment runoff in the SWPPP site plan were installed. I spoke with the contractor, he is going to install silt fence or something similar that will take care of the problem. There was also a lot of trash on site, he is also going to clean that up.

Got a call from a neighbor that mud was washing down from this site. We need to do a site visit to see if they have any controls in place.
