It looks like this subdivision is expiring. I spoke with Ernest today and understand that there are some issues. The ordinance does allow for staff to issue a 1 year time extension to subdivisions that have final approval. The fee for the extension is $300.00, and a letter requesting the reason for the extension. The Planning Commission granted final approval May 22, 2012, 18 months from then would be November 22, 2013. Since I had posted in Miradi that the expiration date would be Thanksgiving, we will allow an extension to happen this week. If you have any questions please let me know.

I talked with Trudy Tesch this morning regarding the fence line to the south. She will get a notarized letter from the adjoiner addressing this issue. This will need to be recorded at the time of the subdivision recordation. I emailed Reeves and Assoc releasing for the printing of the Mylar's.

I received a corrected PDF file from Reeves today. With the exception of 1 minor concern all of this departments corrections and concerns have been addressed. Pending any concerns from the other review agencies, the subdivision is ready for the printing of the Mylar's. The issue of a fence line (encroachment) on the south side of Lot 2 will require being addressed before the Mylar can be recorded.

The Two Saddles View Subdivision will expire soon. Final approval from the Planning Commission was granted May 22, 2012. It will need to record by Thanksgiving 2013 or get a time extension. The last plat review occurred December 2012. A revised plat was submitted July 23, 2013.
