Our office has never received information that addresses the September 2011 review that was done. Without this information it is difficult for our department to do a complete review on this project.

We received a Mylar yesterday for a signature yet I have never received any comments back on my review that was done in September of 2011. I will need to review my comments and see if they were addressed.

This subdivision must be recorded by April 25, 2013 or it will expire and become void.

This office has completed its 3rd review of this subdivision. A redlined PDF file was emailed to Greg Hansen. The issue of the private roads that run through the property are items to be looked at and addressed.

Looked at the current plat I had received for the 2nd review of the Subdivision. It is the same plat that I reviewed back in January. I called Greg Hansen as to whether he had our redlines from January. Greg noted that he didn't recall. I emailed the 1st review redlines directly to him this morning.

This office finished its 1st review of Sleepy Hollow Subdivision 1st Amendment. A vacating ordinance is needed vacating Lot 1 of Sleepy Hollow Subdivision ALSO all of Heritage Subdivision Block 11 that falls within the boundaries of the Amended Plat for the Sleepy Hollow Subd.

A septic permit has been issued by our office for Sleepy Hollow lot 1R. The addition of lots 17 and 18 will not affect the feasiblilty for septic installation.
