The lot line adjustment on these properties does not seem to interfere with the septic systems located on either property. Both properties are required to have a replacement area in case of septic failure, however that does not appear to be a problem with how these lots are sized.

The applicant came in with a Mylar this morning and I took it to the Surveyor's office for their signature. I did not see a record of survey. Rochelle and I spoke with the applicant about Engineering's outstanding issues.
Jack Haight - 2/2/2012
The final review by this office has been completed. All corrections and concerns have been addressed thus this office okays and releases for the printing of the Mylars. In review of the way the deeds are written, the ONLY vacating ordinance that will be required is for the vacating of the first Powell Subdivision Lot 1. I have emailed Doug at Landmark Surveying letting him know of the release to print Mylars...2/3/12

Doug at Landmark dropped off a paper copy of the revisions to this subdivision yesterday. He said he will email a copy to me today so that I may add it for others to review.

This office has completed the 2nd review of this subdivision. The PDF file was emailed directly to Doug at Landmark Surveying...5:20 pm, 1/20/12 Entered my review into Miradi this morning...1/23/11 A vacating ordinance is needed, vacating both Lot 1 of the Powell Subdivision AND Lot 1 of Powell Subdivision No 2

It had become necessary that centerline of 3600 West be determined by both need and necessity. This office has researched documents, deeds, surveys, fencelines and occupation lines the best we could back to 1899 to determine and establish the centerline of the road. This alignment was necessary for this Amended Subdivision, a second subdivision to the south and any future development along this road.
Jack Haight - 11/17/2011
This office has completed the 1st review of the Amended Subd. Redlines have been submitted and emailed to Landmark Survey. A vacation ordinance is required vacating Lot 1 of Powell Subd No.1 also Lot 1 of Powell Subd No. 2
Justin Morris - 11/10/2011
Doug at Landmark called me inquiring about the status of this subdivision. I referred him and the applicant to the Surveying Department, as we have yet to receive a review from them since the submittable over two months ago.

I received this email: Hi Rochelle, In answer to your question: 1. How is the storm water for these 2 subdivisions currently being handled? There are no storm drains that I'm aware of in our area. There is a drainage ditch that runs the length of the driveway on my side of the flag lot that would handle any run off. This ditch is on the south side of both subdivisions. There hasn't been any flooding issues due to storm water since I've owned the property. Is that what you needed? Thanks, Lori Long
Scott Slater - 9/21/2011
Questar currently services 624 South. Due to this property line realignment it possibly puts QGC facilities into lot 4. Because of this possible conflict QCG is requesting a 10' PUE along the South property lines of lot 4.
Jack Haight - 9/19/2011
Printed off the PDF, added to the schedule for review...9/19/11

Elementary students are ineligible for bussing. Jr. High and High school students are picked up on 3600 W. ALso, the address which is shown for the subdivision is not a valid address.
Karl Sewell - 9/16/2011
RMP has no issues with the lines to be adjusted. Property owner will be responsible for any required adjustments to RMP facilities as a result of this action. RMP would also like to see 10' PUE along the frontage of the lots 3 & 4.
