Applicant has asked I add this comment on his behalf per an email dated 11/14/24
Roughly half of the building will be a sports court for basketball, pickle ball and volleyball for family and friends. The other half will store and display a pop culture collection, toys, art, etc. Most days there will be between 1 and 3 people in the building. Occasionally there will be a few more to play sports.
