On December 5th, 2023, the County Commission approved the rezone on a 2-1 vote, conditioned on the applicant entering into a development agreement with the county. On December 19, 2023, the County Commission approved a development agreement on 3-0 vote. A copy of the approved development agreement can be found under the 'documents' tab.

Notice is hereby given that the Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 14, 2023. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearing is regarding the following:

·       Public hearing to discuss and take action on an application to amend the Weber County Zoning Map, rezoning approximately 20 acres of land at approximately 5204 East, HWY 166, from the AV-3 Zone to the FB Zone.

Copies of the proposal(s) may be reviewed online at https://frontier.co.weber.ut.us/p/Project/Index/17827 or in the Weber County Planning Division Office located in Suite #240 of the Weber Center.
