We would like to take an existing shop that is 20' x 40' and remodel it into a 40' x 60' shop. The building will be used as a shop and to store equipment. The current shop sits 21.5 feet from the edge or 32 feet from the middle of road and the addition will not encroach any further into that set back. We came in and discussed this with a planner and found code 108-12-3 (c) that will allow for this type of addition.

What works for proof of existing agricultural use?  The building sits just in front of six hundred dairy cows.

I don't know if the contractor has a rendering, can I hand draw one?  Thanks
