The arena will be 80 x 120 ft. I will position the building at a minimum of 30 feet from any property line. The exact location will depend on parking access I need around the arena for trailers.
i will be constructing the building so the enclosed estimate will not be accurate.
I have 150 acres adjoining this property where i have 7 horses pasturing all year long. I raise grass hay on 27 acres of the adjoining property to sell and feed my horses. This riding arena is to include stables for the horses as well as an indoor arena for training horses. The building will be at least 80 ft x 100 ft. and may include premanufactured stables. I have existing building materials and will be constructing the building myself. i have filed the forms to have this property in Greenbelt with the Assessors office.
The application online is the Agriculture Exemption form i filed.
Please fill out and attach the agricultural exemption form, initial the qualifying conditions. Please include a document showing renderings and the dimensions of the proposed structure. We will also need proof that the structure will be used for agriculture so if you have photos or receipts please upload those as well.
