Message Uploaded to Frontier: "Uploaded to the Frontier Portal today (June 10, 2022) are the engineering stamped Blueprints from the firm Case, Lowe, & Hart, Inc. for the Weber County Design Review Team's review, comment, and subsequent approval. Given the backlog of commercial engineers, the architect's attached drawings (blueprints) have taken longer than anticipated to complete. Upon approval of the Weber County Design Review Team of this requested improvement next steps will included application to Weber County for a building permit. After a building permit is approved, a commercial general contractor will be solicited for the scheduling and completion of the project. The time to completion is a factor that will be driven by availability and the backlog of the selected licensed contractor recognizing that commercial general contractors in the Weber County area are currently experiencing backlogs due to high demand for the completion of construction projects."
Note: Today, July 8, 2022, Mike Seguin, owner of The Mad Moose cafe, checked Frontier to check status of the June 10th submission described above. Though attached blueprints and message was uploaded on June 10th, 2022, no record could be found in Frontier. Therefore, this message is being sent again with engineer stamped blueprints attached. On June 10th, 2022 email was sent to all interested parties together with the Frontier submission that cannot be found in Frontier as having been uploaded on June 10th.
The hope is this message properly is uploaded and received by the Design Review authorities.
Met with the owner (John) and had the pre application meeting. I requested a site plan so that the application can be accepted and we will send an invoice to the applicant, as listed on Frontier.
Okay Ms. Borchert. I will call on Monday to set a time to meet with you as instructed in Frontier. Can you prepare an invite list and agenda for the meeting and copy all interested parties in the gmail string on this matter? I have been sending updates out to you and all interested parties. You should have the list of emails in one of the messages you have been copied on. Its important to copy all interested parties - i.e. the Weber County Health Department - so that they are kept in the loop on progress.
Sincerely,
Mike Seguin

Hello Folks,
Can you change the status of our Design Review from "Incomplete Application" to something else? I appears like there is action needing to be taken on The Mad Moose's part, but I don't think there is action needing to be taken. I think we are just waiting for Weber County Planning to approve the Design Review so we cn then pursue obtaining blueprints and then make application for a building permit. Please advise if I am mistaken or have overlooked anything?
Sincerely,
Mike

In our departmental conference, you submitted a plan for full enclosure of the back patio. We look at this as an extension of the kitchen the food needs to be secure, free from vermin and environmental contamination. We do not view a fence as full enclosure and protection.
