This conditional use application is on the November 30th planning commission agenda. The meeting begins at 5:00 pm in the County Commission Chambers, 1st floor, 2380 Washington Blvd.

An invoice has been created. Once the fee is paid the application can be accepted for review.

Please attach a narrative of how you will be operating the rental (hours of operation, parking, characteristics of the property, etc.). We will also need to see a site plan depicting the parking, garbage, access, any fencing or screening, etc. We also require an outdoor lighting plan. Once this is uploaded the fee for the conditional use permit is $500. Keep in mind that once your conditional use permit is approved you will need a business license this is the link where you can apply for one. https://www3.co.weber.ut.us/new/forms/business/app.php.
