NOTICE OF COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
On June 1, 2021 at 10:00 AM the Weber County Commission will hold a public hearing to consider and take action on an application for a rezone located at approximately 3718 North Wolf Creek Resort, Eden, UT, 84310. The proposed rezone is on approximately 2.95 acres and is proposed to change zoning from O-1 to FR-3 and FR-3 and O-1. A copy of the proposal can be obtained through the following web link: https://frontier.co.weber.ut.us/p/Project/Index/12734. This hearing will take place in person at the County Commission Chambers on the first floor of the Weber Center located at 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden UT 84401.
On May 4th 2021 at 5:00 PM the Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider and make recommendation of a rezoning application located at approximately 3718 North Wolf Creek Resort, Eden, UT, 84310. The proposed rezone is on approximately 8.23 acres and is proposed to change zoning from O-1, FR-3, and RE-15 to O-1, FR-3, and CVR-1.
