The request for alternative access approval from the Planning Division was tabled on September 22, 2021, until the owner can display, through development plan modifications, that a public road within the development will provide connectivity.

The applicant has re-instated this application for Alternative Access. The original request was approved on April 7, 2021. Due to requirements from the Health Department regarding the placement of wells, the subdivision layout had to be changed. The current request includes access to two lots.
