Robert, good catch. I've uploaded a revised Notice of Decision that indicates a "three-lot subdivision".

It appears the note you made lists two-lot subdivision. Our intention is to do 3 lots as we discussed.
"two-lot subdivision application may proceed through the County review and approval process. This letter is intended as a courtesy to document the status of your project"
Conditional approval was granted for the Alternative Access Exemption during an Administrative Review Meeting held on 10/14/2020. A Notice of Decision and the signed staff report are uploaded to the Documents tab.

Following discussion with the applicant, an updated site plan has been submitted to relocate the proposed alternative access easement from the east property line to the west property line as the preferred alignment. All agencies, please review this application with the updated site plan.

Getting back to you on the conversation we had earlier this week. Still working through some details. Would it be possible to schedule a time to come in and see the county grid lines and get a better understanding of who the future road following the county grid pattern would service. Still would like to weigh my options in make a final decision on how to proceed.
Site plan was originally emailed to Scott Perkes on 9/11 with the application but doesn't look like it was included. I attached it for review.
This project is tentatively scheduled for the October 14th Administrative Review Meeting. Please reference each reviewing agency's comments for items that need to be addressed prior to this meeting.
