Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Western Weber Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during their meeting on September 19th, 2023 at 5:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers on the first floor of the Weber Center, located at 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden UT 84401. The following will be considered as part of the public hearing:

ZMA 2023-07. A proposal to rezone 7.44 acres to the R-3 (residential) zone and C-1) commercial and apply a master planned development overlay zone to the 7.44 acres.

Questions about the proposal can be sent via email to sburton@webercountyutah.gov.

Applicant met with planning staff on 5/19 and informed us that the project is on hold with the county until the conversations and options with West Haven City are exhausted.

Steve, We reached out to Shari Phippen at West Haven today on our previously held meetings.  Shari shared there is a scheduled meeting on Monday with Her and West Haven on the project. The developers and want to attend the meeting, if we can please receive the meeting information that would be helpful, so developers schedules will allow their attendance.
