Make sure all letters from the utility companies are submitted stating they are okay to vacate the PUE.
The Weber County Planning Office has received a request to vacate 5 feet of a 10 foot public utility easement located along the north and east side of Development Parcel D6 of Summit Eden Phase 1D Amendment 1.
The Weber County Commissioners will consider this request at a public hearing during the Commission meeting at 10 AM on May 11, 2021. The meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center located at 2380 Washington BLVD, Ogden UT.
